This newsletter is born from the same place Unseen, Yet Unbroken came from — the quiet rooms of my childhood, the emotional weight I carried into adulthood, and the decision to finally speak the truth I spent years swallowing. That book wasn’t just a project. It was a breaking point. A beginning. A declaration that silence would no longer raise me, define me, or follow me into motherhood.

This space continues that mission.

My mission is simple: To give voice to the experiences our generation carried alone. To name the wounds we inherited. To break the cycles we never consented to. To raise children with emotional safety we never received. To build a community where silence is no longer the default language.
